Housekeeping Assistants (12 – 16hrs) – £9.50 / hour

We are looking to recruit holiday site lodge cleaners for our park site. We are looking for a friendly, professional and approachable person.

The role is based on a 12 – 16hrs. There may be some other days including weekends may be available from time to time.

Your Duties will include:

  • You having to work well alongside our current team,
  • Be able to work alone and perform tasks given to a high standard.

Role Specifics:

  • Cleaning luxurious lodges to an immaculate standard, ready for guests to move into
  • Ensuring each lodge has the correct inventory ready for new holiday makers
  • Ensuring excellent attention to detail, and 5-star standards, are maintained at all times
  • Communicating with your manager and maintenance regarding your progress and any issues that may arise
  • The Health & Safety of yourself and others on the park

Deputy Housekeeping Manager (Full Time) – £10.25 / hour

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this role will involve assisting the Housekeeping Manager by managing a large team comprised of Housekeeping Assistants and Team Leaders. Whilst maintaining our high standards and levels of cleanliness, in this role you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of lodges, rotas, stock and inventory, and various budgets.

As the ambassadors of excellent service on our park, our Deputy Housekeeping Managers are key to upholding our high guest satisfaction scores and overseeing deep cleans of cabins and the exchange of furniture.
Our Assistant Housekeeping Managers need to be confident, organised, enthusiastic, and passionate. To be successful in the role you will need to also be adaptable and flexible, pay attention to detail, and be physically fit.


Housekeeping Manager (Full Time) – £23,000 annum

Our Housekeeping Manager is a senior role supporting the wider team on park. This role has full accountability for the Housekeeping operation and has a dedicated focus on recruitment, people management and accommodation standards. The role will also require an element of Duty Manager coverage for the full site on rotation.

Reporting to the Resort Manager, this role will involve leading a large team comprised of Deputy Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Assistants and Team Leaders. Whilst maintaining our high standards and levels of cleanliness, in this role you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of lodges, rotas, stock and inventory, and various budgets. Our Housekeeping Managers need to be confident, organised, enthusiastic, and passionate. To be successful in the role you will need to also be adaptable and flexible, pay attention to detail, and be physically fit.


Housekeeping Team Leader (14 hours) – £9.75 hour

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this role will involve leading a team of around 10-12 Housekeeping Assistants, with the team responsible for the cleaning of around 25 lodges on our changeover days.

As the ambassadors of excellent service on our park, our Housekeeping Team Leaders are key to upholding our high guest satisfaction scores and oversee the standards checking and sign off of all lodges prior to guest arrival.

Our Housekeeping Team Leaders need to be confident, organised, enthusiastic, and passionate. To be successful in the role you will need to also be adaptable and flexible, pay attention to detail, and be physically fit.


Night Porter (16 hours) – £10 / hour

Job Summary

You will become a vital part of our evenings team providing the warmest of welcomes and exceptional customer service. You will ultimately be responsible for the safety and security of our guests as they enjoy their evenings, and will need to be able to react to their needs working on you own initiative.

Our Night Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our park, you will need to be a responsible and reliable person. We are looking for a hard-working individual who doesn’t mind being a night owl. You will be able to stay calm under pressure, taking any complications in your stride. Effortlessly deal with problems as they arise and ensure standards are maintained at all times. You will need excellent communication skills and be confident to make the right decision.

If you are self-motivated and can multi-task this could be for you. Personality is what counts and whilst previous experience and basic computer skills are an advantage, full training is provided.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Checking in late arrivals
• Out of hours contact for our customers, completing general maintenance, repairs and handy-work as required
• Ensuring that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept in a clean, tidy and are well maintained
• Hot tub servicing and maintenance, including the cleaning of equipment, pumps, filters & pipe work
• Arranging emergency assistance as required
• Conducting regular full site security patrols & maintaining security log


Maintenance Assistant (Full Time) – £22,000 annum

Working across the site to deliver a range of Maintenance duties, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard Providing an excellent level of customer service

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
• Operating machinery, i.e. strimmer’s, mowers etc.
• General maintenance, repairs and handy-work
• Ensure that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept in a clean, tidy and well-maintained condition
• Ensure the good working order of all plant machinery and equipment
• To work as part of a team delivering outstanding customer service and standards
• Hot tub servicing and maintenance, including the cleaning of equipment, pumps, filters & pipe work
• Undertake water quality tests on a daily basis and record findings
• Assist with the installation pumps, filters, heat pumps & dosing units, in line with manufacturer’s specifications
• Working weekends on a rolling rota
• Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
• Be able to arrange emergency repairs
